lyrics
Hardcore Days & Softcore Nights
Don't ever ask me where I go
Last man who asked me had to go
Because if you start asking then I'll be hostile acting
Don't ever ask me where I go
Don't ever ask me where I'm from
In six states that's considered dumb
Because if you start asking, I'll pull this heat I'm packing
Don't ever ask me where I'm from
I've never been beaten, I won't stop competing
Don't ever ask me where I'm from
I get the red out when I take my lead out
Don't ever ask me where I'm from
I've never been beaten, I won't stop competing
Don't ever ask me where I'm from
I get the red out when I take my lead out
Don't ever ask me where I'm, don't ever ask me where I'm from
In six states that's considered dumb
Don't ever ask me where I go
Just thought I outta let you know
Because if you start asking then I'll be hostile acting
One of Seattle's most interesting bands, Versing evolve their indie rock sound in more spaced out, laconic directions on this new release. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 24, 2023

Father John Misty is so good to listen to when I want to relax. My cat used to seem to like the music too, and we would both chill and listen to the FJM vinyls I own. This album on bandcamp was a nice FJM treat. Michelle May
